Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been prepared. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled before preparation
  • Wrong or defective product delivered
  • Significant quality issue with the product

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us via the Contact page with your order ID and reason. We will review within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds for online payments will be credited within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer.

Non‑Refundable

Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind after delivery, or for items consumed in full. Perishable goods (e.g. fresh juice) cannot be returned once opened.
